Congress

Karlstad CCC can accommodate a total of 4,500 visitors, with capacity for 1,620 in our biggest hall. A flexible building creates possibilities for both planned and unexpected meetings. We can create meeting places to suit your requirements and our smart exhibition spaces allow you to get the most from your event. Our Karl IX restaurant has capacity to seat 1,200 diners, and if the weather permits you can enjoy our large waterside terrace adjacent to the building on the banks of the Klarälven river.

Conference

We have a total of 18 meeting rooms with a capacity ranging from 6 to 1,620 people. With the Klarälven river right outside the window, a city-centre location with accommodation nearby, transport links, shopping and the pulse of the city, it’s easy to feel at home and find inspiration for enjoyable and productive events.

Event and Kick-off

Together we can plan your next kick-off and create an overall impression, whatever theme you have in mind. Our professional project managers and experienced catering and waiting team can elevate your event to the next level, with overall solutions – from concept to implementation.

Our Nordic Swan Ecolabelled restaurant has capacity to seat up to 1,200 diners and serves mostly organic and locally-produced dishes. Directly adjacent you will find our 700m² terrace beside the Klarälven river, but should the sun be conspicuous by its absence then our SkyLounge is the ideal alternative venue, with space for up to 800 people. Our ultramodern and flexible congress and culture centre is open to creativity and fresh ideas.
